The private wine room seats up to 14 people for dinner and is available every day for lunch, dinner, and sunday brunch.

- TBR dining room menu or
- chefs 5 course tasting menu $75... with wine pairings add $40
- the minimum wine room food and beverage charge is $850
all wine, beer, cocktails, bottled water, soft drinks, juices and after dinner drinks are priced separately
other considerations
- meals tax 7 percent
- administrative fee 4 percent
- service charge 20 percent (not less than $150 per server)
- guest count is confirmed 3 days prior to event
- we will hold the private dining room/wine room with a confirmation agreement and 50 percent deposit. this is of course refundable if you cancel at least 21 days prior to the event.
