The Blue Room

 

the semi-private bar room seats up to 50 people for lunch, brunch or dinner, up to 75 for cocktails and hors d’ouevres, and is available sunday through friday evenings, sunday mornings for brunch and monday through saturday for lunch.

menus priced at:

- sit-down $45 for three courses, and $55 for four courses.
- cocktail / passed hors d’oeuvres menu is $35 per person.
- brunch is $23 per person, which includes buffet, coffee and tea.

 

all wine, beer, cocktails, bottled water, soft drinks, juices and after dinner drinks are priced separately 

 

minimum dinner food and beverage charge:

 

- sunday through thursday is $1,250.
- friday evenings is $2,500.
- brunch is $750.

holidays and graduation dates may differ .. restaurant buyouts also available

 

other considerations

 

- meals tax 7 percent
- administrative fee 4 percent
- service charge 20 percent (not less than $150 per server)
- guest count is confirmed 3 days prior to event
- we will hold the private dining room/wine room with a confirmation agreement and 50 percent deposit. this is of course refundable if you cancel at least 21 days prior to the event.
